This blend combines my Energizing Body Oil with Himalayan Sea Salt which has 80+ minerals and is harvested from a source free of our common day pollutants. Himalayan Sea Salt helps to cleanse pores deeply and thwart bacteria that can instigate breakouts and acne.
It restores the skin's natural pH, exfoliates the impurities and excess oil from clogged pores, and promotes the growth of new skin cells. Sea salt contains zinc, which balances oil production to correct oily or dry skin and it contains sulfur, which keeps skin smooth. Salt Scrubs detoxify and stimulate circulation for a youthful glow and healthy skin.


Directions: Apply to dry skin, rubbing in a circular motion and short strokes towards your heart. Follow with a hot shower or bath.

Medicinal Value of Herbs:


Astragalus: Powerful skin tonic, heals damage from the sun, increases circulation, stimulates energy and immune system. One of the most revered herbs in the Orient, one for the most potents tonics in all the world with special connections to the skin. Astragalus has an effect on the surface of the body while stimulating circulation in the subcutaneous tissues, providing suppleness to the flesh and adaptive energy of the skin. It aids the skin in eliminating toxins and is commonly used topically to expedite healing of the skin.


Rosemary: Increases alertness, improves memory, boost mental and physical energy. Used in rituals to promote love, long life and happiness. Rosemary is also associated with friendship, passion, increased mental powers and preventing nightmares.


Peppermint: Stimulates senses, enhances focus and mental clarity with evidence of it's use dating back over thousands of years. Very aromatic and therapeutic herb useful in in staving off headaches and migraines. Peppermint stimulates the trigeminal nerve, stimulating the area of the brain responsible for arousal making you alert and full of energy.
